About Sedeya

Signatures that hold up here

Signing a contract in Conakry meant printing it, driving it across town, and hoping the scan was legible. Sedeya was built so it does not — an e-signature service designed for Guinean law, Guinean networks and Guinean budgets.

Who builds it

Built by Kalinko Labs

Kalinko Labs is a software company founded in 2015 in Conakry. We build for African constraints — intermittent power, costly bandwidth, and systems that have to keep running for years without a rewrite. Sedeya is what happens when that discipline meets electronic signatures.

Built for the organisations that sign every day

Logos coming as customers go live.

Three constraints, not three features

Three constraints shaped every decision in the product. They are not features we added later.

Built for how contracts work here

French first, evidence you can hand to a lawyer, and an audit trail that records who signed what, when and from where — the questions a Guinean court actually asks.

Works on the connection you have

Signing works on a 3G phone on a bad day. Pages stay light, documents stream rather than download whole, and a dropped connection resumes instead of restarting.

Sovereign by default

Your documents stay yours. Run Sedeya on our infrastructure or host it inside your own, on your own servers, under your own policy — the same software either way.

Commitments

How we work

Four commitments that decide what goes into the product and what stays out.

Pragmatic innovation

We ship what solves the problem in front of us, not what demos well. A feature earns its place by removing a step someone does today.

Technical excellence

Signatures are evidence. The cryptography, the audit trail and the storage are built to be examined, not just to work on a good day.

Measurable impact

Days saved per contract, trips avoided, agreements closed. If a change does not move one of those, it is decoration.

Lasting partnership

We stay after the rollout. Migrations, training and the awkward integration questions are part of the work, not an upsell.

The people

The team

A small group in Conakry, building the tool we wanted to use ourselves.

What customers say

Sedeya is pre-launch. Quotes go in here as the first organisations go live — nothing is printed in this band until then.
