Both, for e-signature: its plans can be paid month by month or once a year. Paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve, so two months are free. Sovereign is a yearly licence. Prices exclude VAT (TVA), and 18% is added to the invoice.
Nothing breaks. Extra envelopes are metered at GNF 5,000 each beyond your plan's allowance, SMS one-time codes at GNF 6,000 per message, and extra users at GNF 100,000 per user per month — billed as used, on top of any plan, never bundled into the price.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Installation and updates are included for as long as the licence runs. Regulatory support isn't included, but we can add it on request. Your documents stay on your infrastructure.
Enterprise is buyable today at its published price. For larger volumes, or for Sovereign, get in touch — deployment is handled by a named contact, and invoicing by bank transfer is available.
