    A link, on the phone they already own

    The signer opens the link in their browser, with no account and no app. It works on an old phone and a weak connection.

    Sealed the moment the last signature lands

    Live status shows who is holding it up. When the last person signs, the PDF comes back flattened and sealed.

Before they can sign, the signer photographs their ID document and takes a selfie, which is matched to the document. Billed per check on top of your plan. A check never counts toward your envelope allowance.

Frequently asked questions

You forward the file. Whoever receives it can see who signed, from which address and when, and confirm nothing has changed since. Nothing depends on us being reachable.

No, they sign through a link in the browser they already have. You can require a one-time code, a two-factor check or a passkey when a click is not enough, still with no account to create.

Yes. Bulk send takes a template and a spreadsheet of recipients, then creates one envelope per row.

When it goes to someone you do not already know, and a third party may later ask you to prove it was really them. A verified signature settles that before the document opens, and records the result beside the signature.
