Changelog
Proof you can check
Every completed document is sealed, comes with a signing certificate and an audit log, and can be checked by anyone holding it.
Early access · Sep 2026
A signature is only worth what you can prove about it later.
Added
- A sealed PDF. The finished document carries a digital seal with a trusted timestamp. If no timestamp can be obtained, the document is not sealed rather than sealed without one.
- A signing certificate: for each signer, their name, email, role, signature, IP address and device, and when the document was sent, opened and signed.
- An audit log with every event in order (sent, opened, a field signed, completed), each with the time, who acted, IP address and device.
- Three downloads: the signed document alone, the document with its certificate, or the certificate alone.
- A certificate check. The QR code on the certificate opens a public page confirming the document was sealed, who signed and when, and whether its history is intact. It shows no emails or IP addresses.
Changed
- The audit log now uses the same header, signer grid and event table as the certificate.
Known limitations
- Certificate and audit-log labels are in English only for now.
- Each organisation chooses whether the certificate and audit log are attached.
